This app originated in the form of an untitled, unattributed Book of Mormon reading guide with daily quotes and questions. This book was given to everyone in my ward here in Taipei, Taiwan. We were all challenged to complete it in the 100 days of summer. We were all very impressed with the experience it brought. Being filled with the spirit every day from pondering over the quotes and questions while reading through the assignments was just what we all needed.
I was so impressed with the book I thought it would be great if there were an electronic version that I could put on my phone and keep track of personal progress. Thats when I had the idea that I could make it into an app. So, I started learning how to make an iPhone app just so I could put this book in the AppStore and help spread the word of God.
I hope you enjoy using RED100 as much as I did, and I know that if you truly put the app to good use, not only will you finish the Book of Mormon in 100 days, but you’ll also strengthen your relationship with the Lord through continual scripture study.
